Live Music
Most of my start in the bar scene came from friends I met at Zoxx Social Club who asked me to come shoot their shows - that’s what got me in the door. A lot of them are family to me now, and don’t mind me showing up with my gear whenever there’s a show. I keep going back because every great band or artist started out in a bar or small venue somewhere. You never know when you’ll catch that moment - seeing someone play a room that small still gives you goosebumps or a cold chill through your body, like seeing your favourite band play. Honey Fingers is the one that gets me every time - no matter how many times I’ve heard them, there’s just so much magic there. Bars and small venues get you shots and unplanned moments you just can’t get anywhere else.
